| Q) Can you duplicate a logo/design with exact detail?

A) Yes! For embroidery it will depend on the size of the logo and screen printing can be duplicated identical.
|

Q) Is there any set up or Art charges?
|
|
|
A) We have a one time set-up charge for custom designs that need to be digitized for embroidery. This charge is a flat fee of $75.00 and includes all art and embroidery set up charges.
For Screen Printing- there is a $35.00 charge for each screen that needs to be created. 1 color = 1 screen, 2 colors will need 2 screens, 3 will need 3 screens and a 4 color process will need 4 screens.
We also have the capability to print any digital print in multi colors. Please call for set up charges on this.

| Q) Can I pick a certain style of lettering, fonts, clip art or design my own graphics?

| A) Yes - This is entirely up to you, we are happy to help with any refinements that may need to be made to your art file as well as help reccomend font types.

| Q) What if I know the style of apparel I want and it is not on your website? Can you get a specific item if I request it?
|

| A) Yes of course! We will be happy to locate the item of your interest. In most cases we will be able to supply you with your choice. In the event we can not get it, we will offer you a similar item, it will be your choice if you want to go with what we offer as a replacement.

| Q) What are your payment terms and how do you ship the merchandise to us?
|
|
| A) We require a 50% deposit on all orders. Balance is due on shipment of merchandise. We also offer net terms upon credit approval. We accecpt all major credit cards.
All local deliveries in the Northern NJ area are delivered by our house delivery team. Outside of this area to anywhere in the USA will will use UPS ground service, they are our preffered shipping method.
If expidited shipping is needed we will advise of the extra shipping charges.
